It Will Be Loud
If you have a baby or toddler that needs daily naps, it might not be possible for them to nap while the roof is being replaced. It might be best for you to make arrangements for your children to spend the day with grandma or a good friend to keep them out of the house and away from the noises during the re-roofing process. Keep Pets Away

If you have animals that need to go outside frequently, then you need to have alternate plans for them as well. To avoid any injuries for you or your pet, do not let them out into a work zone until it is completely cleaned up and safe to go back outside. Your pets might also become bothered by the noises of the tools and workers, so you might just send them with the kids over to Grandma's.
It Will Be Messy
